Manuscript Submission
All submissions should be sent to editors@ifamj.org and the subject of your e-mail must include the following statement: "Manuscript Submission".
First submissions to IFAMJ should include:
- covering letter;
- manuscript;
- figures;
- authorīs contributions statement;
- conflict of interest and source of funding statements;
- signed patientīs consent and permission to publish;
- in-press papers - one copy of each with acceptance letter;
- protocols and CONSORT details for randomised controlled trials;
- we encourage disclosure of correspondence from other journals and reviewers, if previously submitted, and we might contact relevant editors of such journals.
Should your paper be selected for further consideration you must send signed copies of the following statements:
- authorīs contributions;
- conflicts of interests;
- statements of roles, if any, of medical writer or editor;
- acknowledgments - written consent of cited individual;
- use of copyright-protected material - signed permission statements from author or publisher.
In order to minimise delays IFAMJ strongly advise that the signed copies of these statements are prepared before you submit your manuscript.
